RALF – An acronym for “Recovery Agent
Locator Finder”. It sounds a bit funny, but it is exactly what it states. Each
recovery agent/forwarder profile offers the option to enter the zip codes that
they want to service. Each time you enter a repossession order through our
system, you can click the “RAL” button to find the agent nearest the debtors
address. You can then make the assignment to them, and they can begin processing
the account for you.
The agents will be designated by different color
pushpins on the generated map.
Red Pushpin – Full User Insured –
This company has submitted a certificate of insurance to RepoSystems and is a
full user on one of our subscription plans.
Dark Gray Pushpin –
Full user Not Insured – This company has NOT submitted a certificate of
insurance to RepoSystems and is a full user on one of our subscription
plans.
Blue Pushpin – Limited User Insured – This company has
submitted a certificate of insurance to RepoSystems, but has not yet subscribed
as a full user on RepoSystems or is a “Plan X” subscriber.
Green
Pushpin – Limited User NOT Insured – This company has NOT submitted a
certificate of insurance to RepoSystems, and has Not yet subscribed as a full
user on RepoSystems or is a “Plan X” subscriber.
Camera Based License
Plate Recognition Program – We have partnered with a premier
ALPR provider (Automatic License Plate Reader) and will
are offering a state-of-the-art License Plate Recognition Program (LPRP). Our
technology provides a 90% plus accuracy rate reading and deciphering license
plates. This is 30-40% greater than most competitors.
• As our recovery
agents/forwarders use the system, they can “spot” and recover your collateral
much faster and more efficient.
• We have a “history” database that grows
each time a recovery agent or spotter scans a plate. You as a lender, or the
recovery agent/forwarder, can do a search to see what “patterns” that unit is
traveling and how often and when it has been spotted previously.
